Jerry Ragen
Jerry Ragen, Finance Manager, came to Rehabilitation Works in 2000. He received a BA from Western Michigan University . Jerry is an avid golfer and also volunteers for many church activities. Along with his wife and children, he enjoys family events with their 4 grandchildren, Joel, Brett, Zack and Isabella. |

Kelie Wade
Kelie Wade, receptionist at the Balch Street office, came to Rehabilitation Works in 1996. She is a graduate of Western Michigan University. Kelie has two grown children and two grandchildren, Delaney and Carter, who keep her busy attending their softball and baseball games. She is an avid golfer and enjoys summer days gardening. |

Linda Cross
Linda Cross, medical transcription, divides her time between the Balch Street and Gull Road offices, since 2002. Linda is a graduate of Michigan State University and is a National Merit Scholar.
She has special interests in garage sales, sci-fi, scrabble and stamp collecting. She is an active member of Phoenix Community Church and is a member of the Oneida tribe, one of the Six Nations of the Iroquois, based in Wisconsin. |

Pam Magierka
Pam Magierka has been with Rehabilitation Works since 1994. She efficiently functions in many areas including billing, medical records, receptionist and laundry!
Pam loves the summer and keeping busy in her garden. She and her husband enjoy their three children and five grandchildren, Stephen, Maria, Alex, Daniel and Ivie. |

Ginger Trumble
Ginger Trumble, receptionist at the Gull Road office, has been with Rehabilitation Works since 2006. She attended Davenport University and Kalamazoo Valley Community College studying Business Administration. Ginger is busy with family activities with her three children and one grandchild, Matai. She volunteers for Kalamazoo County Headstart program. |
Laurel Turner
Laurel Turner, part-time receptionist at the Gull Road office, is currently attending Kalamazoo Valley Community College. She enjoys traveling, is an avid skier, and volleyball team player. Sophie the dog, has become a favorite with both Laurel and her family. |

Kathy Kaylor
Kathy, part time receptionist, divides her time between the Balch Street and Gull Road offices since starting in 2009. Along with her duties at the front desk, she assists in billing and numerous other office needs. In her spare time, Kathy enjoys golf, bowling, fishing and puzzles. She has one daughter and enjoys her granddaughter, Madison. |
